Where are my data and your applications stored?
The data is stored in different servers in the EU. Our current providers are Hetzner and AWS.
Do you transfer my data outside the European Union (for example, to data centers)? If so, what procedures do you have in place to inform me?
We do not transfer data outside the EU.
Does Skitude have a data protection team? If so, is it internal or external?
We have an internal data protection team. You can contact them at dpo@skitudeservices.com.
Who has access to my data?
The Skitude developers and system administrators can access your data.
What security procedures has Skitude put in place?
Daily backups, irreversible encryption of passwords and server access control.
