How to report an error?

General error with the app.

"Report an error" is one of the best ways to let developers know what doesn't work as intended and fix it right away.

In order for the report to be helpful, it must follow a set of rules. That will assure the data is structured, easy to understand and fast to validate.

Make sure you have an email linked to your device in order to send us the data.

Open the App and go to any resort page. Open the configuration menu and scroll until you find "Report an Error". Once you tap that button, a mail to our support mail will be generated with pre-filled data about your device.

At this point, you only have to describe the error you encountered above the dashed line. The best way to describe the error is to write every step to find it ourselves, for example:

Hello team,
the app crashes when starting the tracker, when countdown is 3.
Here are the steps to reproduce it:
1. Open the app
2. Tap "Actions" button.
3. Tap "Record a track"
4. Tap "Start"
5. App crashes when timer is is 3.
